Effective June 20, 2026
PottyPond is built on one idea: your child's data is yours, and it stays on your phone. This policy describes what the app does — and mostly, what it deliberately does not do.
Everything you log — pees, poops, tries, accidents, rewards, child names, and notes — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device database. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your data. We cannot see your data, and no one can reach it through us.
PottyPond has no sign-up, no login, and no passwords. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, your child's information, or any other identifying details.
PottyPond contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no trackers. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share data with anyone — there is nothing to sell. Under Apple's privacy labels, PottyPond collects no data.
The optional one-time PottyPond Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account using Apple's StoreKit. We use no third-party purchase or subscription service. We never receive your name, payment details, or your logged data as part of a purchase — only the on-device entitlement that you have unlocked Pro.
Delete any entry in the app, or delete the app to remove everything. Because we hold no copies, deletion is immediate and complete.
PottyPond is a tool for parents and caregivers, not a product directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, and your child's information never leaves your device.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
