These terms govern your use of the PottyPond app ("PottyPond," "we," "us"). By downloading or using PottyPond, you agree to them.
PottyPond is a potty-training tracking tool for iPhone. It stores your data on your own device. We provide the app "as is" and do our best to keep it working well, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
PottyPond and its guides are general information and tracking tools, not medical advice. They are not a substitute for professional guidance from your pediatrician or another qualified health provider. Always consult your child's doctor with questions about your child's health, development, or potty training.
PottyPond is free to use, with an optional one-time "Pro" unlock purchased through Apple's App Store. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; refunds are managed by Apple. The Pro unlock is a one-time, non-subscription purchase and does not renew.
You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your device backed up. Because your data lives only on your device, deleting the app or losing the device removes your data. Use PottyPond lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
PottyPond, its name, artwork, mascot, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PottyPond is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data stored on your device.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Unless a custom agreement applies, your use of PottyPond from the App Store is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
